Return & Refund Policy

At Fragrantica India, we strive to provide our customers with 100% genuine, authentic, and high-quality imported luxury perfumes perfumes. To maintain product safety, hygiene, and authenticity standards, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy once a product has been sold.

However, we do offer support in the rare case of damaged or defective products.

1. No Return / No Exchange Policy
  • All perfume sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal preference, fragrance liking, or ordering mistakes.

  • Once the product is sold and delivered, it cannot be returned.

2. Damaged Product Policy

We accept returns only in the case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong product received

To qualify for this, customers must follow these conditions:

Reporting Timeline
  • Damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Mandatory Requirements
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused and unopened.

  • Clear unboxing video is highly recommended for verification (if available).

  • Customer must share:

    • Photos of the damaged product

    • Photos of the outer box & inner packaging

3. How to Report a Damaged Product

Please contact us through any of the following:

Provide your order number, photos/videos, and a brief description of the issue.

4. Return Shipping Address

All approved returns must be sent to:

5. Refund or Replacement

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • A replacement will be sent, or

  • A refund will be issued (only if replacement is not available)

Decision will be communicated within 3–5 working days after product inspection.

6. Important Notes
  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Fragrantica India reserves the right to verify damage claims before approving returns or refunds.

  • Perfumes are sensitive products; hence strict policies ensure safety and authenticity for all customers.
